Main Duties & Responsibilities (inclusive but not limited to) :

• Support in driving M&E Sustainability Solutions:

Execute and enhance the business development plan for the sustainability consultancy business of the organization.Research industry trends and understand sustainability solution and services demand drivers to: Create new business lines & Generate client list, reach out, present and follow up with potential clients to secure the sale.Solution/partner sourcing to further improve the service and solution offerings of the organization.Review and enhance the sales process to improve sales productivityPrepare proposal for clients and industry benchmarking to ensure proposal submitted is in line with the industryImplement and enhance the marketing plan for the organization’s sustainability services and solution offeringsManagement of customer accounts to maintain positive professional relationships with clients

• Support in Green Mark Energy Management Projects

Green Mark, Energy Management and ensure they are delivered according to the project requirements

• Support in Project Implementation

Enhance the project implementation process to ensure efficiency in project implementation as well as high customer satisfactionPartnership sourcing to reduce expenses of outsourced works

Requirements (Inclusive But Not Limited To) Undertaking a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferredKnowledge of sustainability industry (eg. Green Mark, Property Energy Management) is advantageous. Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skillsAble to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment, keen eye for details, adaptable, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive, resourceful, assertive and deliver high quality workPassionate about sustainability, positive mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitudeApplicants should be able to commit to a minimum contract period of 4 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
