Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineering Lead to direct our mechanical design projects, manage technical execution, and lead our team of engineers. You will oversee system architecture, supervise CAD modeling, perform mechanical calculations, and ensure all designs comply with rigorous safety, quality, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end mechanical engineering lifecycle, from conceptual design and prototyping to production and site commissioning.
• Direct detailed CAD modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), stress analysis, and thermal modeling for machinery and components.
• Oversee material selection, manufacturing process planning, and component tolerance stack-ups.
• Supervise, mentor, and perform technical reviews for a team of mechanical engineers and CAD drafters.
• Collaborate with electrical, systems, and project management teams to ensure seamless cross-disciplinary project delivery.
• Enforce compliance with international mechanical codes, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 2+ years leading engineering projects or teams.
• Mastery of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA) and FEA simulation tools.
• Strong background in machine design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and client-facing technical leadership.
• Exceptional technical problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
