Mechanical Engineering Manager

• The Engineering Manager will manage a Mechanical Engineering team of approximately 6–8 employees.
• Primary focus is on products that have already reached launch rather than greenfield product development.
• Lead engineering support for existing products including revisions, design updates and product improvements.
• Work closely with Production to ensure engineering changes and updates are implemented successfully.
• Build a high-performing Engineering team.
• Create scalable processes around product updates and lifecycle management.
• Develop and mentor technical talent.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Strong people-leadership experience.
• Previous experience managing engineers or technical professionals.
• Mechanical engineering/product-design background.
• Strong SolidWorks proficiency.
• Experience supporting physical manufactured products.
• Experience with sustaining engineering, product revisions, engineering changes or product lifecycle support.
