Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily production operations by meeting targets for product availability, quality, productivity, and profitability. It also focuses on enhancing team performance and maintaining optimal machine efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, proper processing parameters, and achievement of operational targets.
• Monitor critical control points, equipment performance, manpower utilization, and resource allocation to maintain consistent output and reduce downtime.
• Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising product quality or safety.
• Establish and maintain effective reporting systems, and implement corrective measures to resolve production concerns and deviations.
• Foster strong collaboration across departments and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations in all production activities.
• Lead, mentor, and support production personnel to achieve performance objectives and encourage professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum of three to five (2-3) years of experience in utility systems management, maintenance planning, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in machine operation and troubleshooting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems (water, gas, electricity, HVAC).
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and project management.
