Mechanical Engineering Technician

• Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting HVAC shop drawings, mechanicallayouts, and MEP coordination drawings to ensure accuracy andcompliance with design requirements.• Conducting technical inspections and evaluations of ductwork, chilledwater piping systems, and associated mechanical components.• Performing diagnostic analysis and fault identification on HVAC systemsand supporting corrective actions to improve system performance andefficiency.• Participating in commissioning activities, including testing, balancing,and adjusting (TAB) of air and hydronic systems to ensure systems meetdesign and performance criteria.• Analysing system performance data and test results to evaluate efficiency,functionality, and compliance with engineering standards.• Assisting in the preparation of work method statements, risk assessments,and quality control documentation.• Providing technical support for HVAC maintenance activities bydiagnosing system performance issues, identifying faults, andrecommending corrective actions to ensure optimal operation andcompliance with engineering standards.• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with engineering standards,project specifications, and safety regulations.• Coordinating with the engineering team to support the integration andperformance of mechanical systems.

Pay: $35.50 – $40.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
