You work on large-scale housing projects in the region, from luxury apartment complexes and new-build homes to renovations. You have a lot of freedom in your workday and are responsible for your projects.

About this vacancy

You make sure everything is in order before the work begins. As a work preparer, you check designs, plan meticulously, and ensure materials and people are ready exactly on time. You coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and project leaders and maintain an overview from start to finish. You handle it all, down to the last detail.

This is what you'll do

• Review technical drawings of mechanical installations
• Consult with contractors, clients, and technicians
• Order materials in collaboration with the supervisor
• Create and monitor PBOs together with the project leader
• Maintain a good relationship with contractors and subcontractors
• Expand and maintain your network
• Evaluate every project

What we expect from you

No matter how technical the work is, it remains a matter of people. You are organized, helpful, and a true coordinator. You find it important that technicians can perform their work on time and effectively. Furthermore, you possess:

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in Installation Technology or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of installation concepts and drawings of mechanical installations
• VCA VOL and a category B driving license
• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language
