The value of the MEP projects tend to be anywhere from £1m through to around £50m and the sectors are mainly large scale residential, retirement, student accommodation and hotels.

Joining a very successful and high performing team, day to day your main duties will be to:

• Produce detailed, cost effective and competitive tender bids, managing the process right through to post-tender
• Produce accurate Take-Offs
• Liaise with existing and prospective clients closely
• Work with existing and new subcontractors and suppliers
• Build relationships with team colleagues, counterparties and external clients at all times
• Support and develop relationships with other teams such as design, contracts and procurement
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and costing implications
• Maintain high quality standards at all times

To succeed and really fly in this fantastic role and team, we are expecting the successful applicant to have:

• A deep mechanical bias, but also an appreciation of electrical services
• Strong commercial acumen underpinned by a grip of the numbers
• Experience across major residential, commercial, student accommodation, hotels, health or similar
• A wide breadth of subcontractor and supplier knowledge
• A confident team-playing personality with a positive can-do attitude
• Ideally experience of Trimble software
