Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of a Mechanical Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• HVAC systems include air distribution systems, chilled water plants, hot water heating systems, refrigeration system, controls, ventilation systems, and energy recovery systems.
• Project work includes the following market sectors: commercial, healthcare, multi-family, retail, industrial, ecclesiastic, and institutional facilities.

The Person The key skills and qualities of a Mechanical Engineer are:

• Preferred candidate should possess a BS or BAE degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with HVAC emphasis.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred.
• EIT or PE registration a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
