Managing budgets: creating budgets for
maintenance activities.
- Critical spares identification & maintain for all
equipments
- Ensuring weekly LEAN presentation related to
Maintenance Department.
Records maintain for IATF 16949 Audit documents.
Maintaining critical spares.
Activities carried out for improve machine availability.
Improve the communication skills and working ability
of all maintenance team members.
- Air leakages, water leakages, oil leakages
identification & Correction.
- Critical machines identification & Maintain to achieve
the zero B/D
- Safety point update and complete.
