MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance professional to join ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our mechanical equipment and systems. As a Mechanical Maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of various mechanical components and machinery, directly contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure they operate at peak performance
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Diagnose mechanical faults and defects using appropriate testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Replace worn or damaged components, including bearings, seals, gaskets, and other mechanical parts
• Perform lubrication and servicing of machinery in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records of all work completed on equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and safe working practices
• Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns and emergency repairs to restore operational capability
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies whilst performing maintenance work

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or a similar mechanical role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery operation, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Sound understanding of preventative maintenance principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various working conditions
• Relevant certification or qualification in mechanical maintenance or engineering trades (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
