Experience:
0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.

Education:
ITI / Diploma / B.E. – preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machine maintenance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in CNC / VMC machines.
• Basic knowledge of machine components such as bearings, belts, couplings, pumps, lubrication systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of machine safety procedures and 5S practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC / VMC machines.
• Attend machine breakdowns and identify the root cause of mechanical issues.
• Carry out repair, replacement, and adjustment of machine components.
• Monitor machine condition and ensure minimum machine downtime.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for timely machine maintenance.
• Follow company safety procedures, 5S, and maintenance standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to machine performance and maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
