Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems, identifying root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
• Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as inspections, testing, and monitoring to prevent equipment failures.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to mechanical maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the iron & steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Ability to perform breakdown repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Experience with predictive maintenance techniques such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
