Role & responsibilities
Attend breakdown of CNC / CTM / Washing & assembly machines in shifts
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule to improve the life of machines
Hands on experience on maintenance of MAZAK / BFW / MAKINO / AMS / ACE/ CNC machines (VMC / HMC)
Root cause / why- why analysis & corrective / preventive actions
SAP Awareness for maintenance activities
Organize the sapre for repairing (Spare Monitoring)
Implement KAIZENs , Satey Norms
Improve machine improvement as per the requirement of production.
Preferred candidate profile
Through knowledge of maintence of CNC / Leak Test / Washing mcs & fixture
Knowledge of TS / OHSAS / Energy Management / System & documentation
Hands on work experience on VMC / HMC Machines (BFW / MAZAK / Makino)
