Mechanical Maintenance (Engineer/Supervisor)

About the role
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance (Engineer/Supervisor) to join BWF (Thailand) and play a key role in supporting our new manufacturing plant start-up in Rayong.

This position is ideal for a candidate who combines strong hands-on mechanical maintenance expertise with the ability to lead and supervise a technical team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of companies' machines through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

In addition, you will support mechanical installation and commissioning of new equipment, helping to build a world-class maintenance system from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and supervise mechanical technicians and daily maintenance activities.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for companies machines and equipment.

• Support mechanical installation and commissioning of new equipment during plant start-up.

• Maintain and improve machine maintenance system.

• Ensure safety compliance with mechanical standards and company procedures.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams for maintenance projects

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and spare parts management

• Establish the guidance manual of new mechanical appliance maintenance.

• Responsible for redesign of the mechanical drawings of equipment according to production requirements.

• Responsible for mechanical safety and fire protection of mechanical appliance.

• Responsible for training of subordinates to improve their skills

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer or in a similar role

• Extensive deep knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment knowledge and mechanical maintenance procedures.

• Hands-on experience in Machine maintenance.

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Excellent analysis, problem-solving and Hands-on in troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

• English communication in writing and speaking is an advantage

• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics

• Be accountable, proactive and outcomes
