What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Senior Trade Qualification with equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior maintenance leadership or management role.
- At least 10 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably Mining, Quarrying, Manufacturing, or Plant Operations.
- Experience managing fixed plant equipment, including crushers and conveyors, as well as mobile equipment fleets.
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive/predictive maintenance, and equipment reliability practices.
- Knowledge of applicable MSHA/OSHA safety regulations and maintenance safety standards.
- Advanced skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and predictive maintenance technologies.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
