• Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.

Planning& Execution

• Prepare annual maintenance plans and shutdown schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize maintenance-related disruptions.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost.

Safety& Compliance

• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and statutory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for maintenance activities.
• Implement LOTO and safe work practices during maintenance activities.

TeamManagement

• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Allocate jobs, monitor execution, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop team capabilities through training and skill enhancement programs.

Documentation& Reporting

• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and SOPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
