Mechanical Manager
Vacancy available for an Mechanical Manager to work for a leading University based in Shropshire.
The role will involve looking after compliance and projects up to £500k.
Duties will include,
- Management of compliance relating to mechanical / water systems
- Develop specification for projects works for mechanical replacement and upgrades works
- Delivery of projects including management of contractors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of mechanical plant including AHU / HVAC
- Ideally have worked within a large client side organisation
