In addition to your technical contributions, you'll take ownership of day-to-day team coordination, quality consistency, and shop readiness, working closely with our project management office to keep production moving and aligned to plan. Our team is small, skilled and growing, which means this role carries real influence.

This role is well suited to an experienced mechanical technician who is wants to continue building their leadership experience without leaving their craft behind.
