Mechanical Planner (1-Year Contract), Mechanical Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, optimize, update and maintain the department’s planned maintenance master schedule
• Develop and update preventive maintenance work plans, including work procedures, risk assessments, bills of materials, method statements, start-up checklists, isolation lists, and work schedules
• Prepare and maintain the plant equipment master data list
• Review and track department’s work orders to identify recurring defects
• Maintain department’s inventory to prevent overstocking and stock shortages

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in turnaround/ maintenance or project work
• Experience in turnaround/ maintenance in power plant, refinery, petrochemical plant or other process plant would be an advantage
• Competent in organising/ preparing work scope and work method statement
• Able to read P&ID diagram
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Good in CMMS software

This role is based in Tuas South, company transport will be provided to/from Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East MRT station.
