Mechanical / Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a strong foundation in hardware systems or product integration.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D design software is required.
• Experience in whitebox and blackbox testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex project requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and project support when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in product design and development, particularly for integrating internal components into mechanical enclosures and systems.
• Validate mechanical designs and ensure product functionality, environmental protection (IP rating), and security measures meet specifications.
• Support product certification processes and participate in internal and external audits with regulatory bodies.
• Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation activities (including hardware calibration and field performance testing).
• Deliver product presentations and provide product training to customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation, application, and compliance of the company’s products.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Production, and Sales, to support product development, tender alignment, and customer requirements.
