Mechanical Process Engineer/机械工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Support for Volume Production – 45% Participate in the formulation of production process flows and yield targets for the introduction of derivative products and new products, and compile product operation documents and norms to standardize production operations. Supervise the implementation of production processes and provide corresponding technical training for technicians and operators to ensure smooth mass production. Be responsible for analyzing process yield and quality statistics, lead the optimization and improvement of assembly processes, and continuously enhance yield rates and production efficiency. Be responsible for product abnormality investigation and failure analysis, formulate temporary emergency measures and corrective actions for abnormal situations, and provide training for operators on the implementation of countermeasures. Design product mechanical structures based on system structure and customer requirements, output mechanical drawings, and carry out structural upgrades and optimizations. Design tooling according to process requirements and in combination with production equipment, draw up tooling drawings, conduct price inquiries for procurement, and track procurement progress. Ensure tooling performance meets process requirements, with strong operability, low processing costs, and shortened production time. Carry out timely maintenance for tooling malfunctions, precision decline, etc., summarize the causes of faults, and make improvements in subsequent tooling designs. Product Mechanism Structure Design and Improvement – 45% Design product mechanical structures based on system structure and customer requirements, output mechanical drawings, and carry out structural upgrades and optimizations. Provide technical support and services in collaboration with cross-functional departments including Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, and Planning. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering is required, majoring in Opto-Mechanical Engineering, Laser Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Optical System, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in laser/optical system or related product design, development, and assembly. Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CAD/CAXA for complex assembly design and 2D/3D drawing. Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, as well as metals and plastics applied in laser applications. Understanding of optical components (e.g., mirrors, lenses, gratings) and multi-dimensional adjustment frames, as well as tooling assembly. Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CAD/CAXA for complex assembly design and 2D/3D drawing. Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, as well as metals and plastics applied in laser applications. Understanding of optical components (e.g., mirrors, lenses, gratings) and multi-dimensional adjustment frames, as well as tooling assembly.
