Job Title: Mechanical Procurement Chief

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Procurement Chief to join our dynamic team and challenging projects.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our procurement process by ensuring the acquisition of high-quality mechanical components and equipment for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes for mechanical materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications and timelines
• Prepare and submit RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluate offers, and conduct comparisons
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure material compliance and timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure complete, accurate and proper archiving of procurement documents
• Assist in contract preparation and delivery tracking
• Monitor market trends and recommend alternative suppliers when necessary
• Participate in procurement planning and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or technical purchasing, preferably in construction or hospital projects
• Solid understanding of mechanical materials, equipment, and specifications such as HVAC, chiller, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection etc.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Preferable good knowledges in ERP systems (IFS / Charisma / SAP or equivalent)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
