We are hiring for the position of Mechanical Product Design / Value Engineering Lead ATM R&D / Engineering for one of our reputed clients.

Position: Mechanical Product Design / Value Engineering Lead
Function: ATM R&D / Engineering

Location: Near Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8+ Years

CTC Budget: 16–20 LPA

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal product design and new product development
• Expertise in 3D modelling, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and BOM preparation
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor / SolidWorks / Solid Edge
• Experience with PDM/PLM systems
• Good understanding of CNC punching, laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly processes
• Experience in design validation, engineering calculations, prototyping, testing and production implementation
• Ability to independently lead design projects and coordinate with customers, vendors, certification agencies and cross-functional/global R&D teams
• Experience in Value Engineering / cost optimization / design improvement
• Ability to guide and coach junior design engineers

Preferred Industry Background:

Industrial Equipment / Electrical Enclosures / Sheet Metal Manufacturing / Engineering Services involving similar products.

The role involves leading ATM safe product development projects from concept through design, certification, prototype development and final handover to manufacturing for mass production.
