Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing mechanical and M&E construction projects
• Monitor project progress, costs, materials, and timelines to support smooth project delivery
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with owners, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Support site supervision, work progress monitoring, and construction team coordination
• Assist with project documentation, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
• Support design review, analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of HVAC and Process Utility systems
• Ensure works are carried out according to project requirements, drawings, and timelines
• Assist in resolving site and technical issues during project execution

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with construction, M&E, HVAC, ACMV, or Process Utility exposure will have an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines
