technically skilled Mechanical Project Engineer of New Product

Development (NPD) to provide engineering leadership and project

direction in the development of high-performance generator sets and

power generation solutions. This role is responsible for guiding product

development from concept through validation, applying expertise in

thermodynamics, internal combustion engines, stress analysis, cooling

systems, and electrical theory to deliver reliable, cost-effective

products. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with

Product Management, Engineering Analysts, Lab Technicians, Procurement,

and Manufacturing teams to establish product requirements, develop

technical specifications, manage project timelines and budgets, and

ensure successful execution of multiple projects in a fast-paced matrix
