Mechanical Project Manager

We're partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly respected mechanical contracting firm in the DFW area to find their next Mechanical Project Manager . This company has built a strong reputation across the region for delivering complex commercial and industrial mechanical systems projects — and they're growing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
• Leading submittal and RFI processes and managing owner/GC relationships
• Participating in buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts on new bids as needed

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or related)
• Proven track record managing commercial or industrial projects ranging from $1M–$20M+
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with both field teams and executive stakeholders
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
