Mechanical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical MEP works at project sites.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil, electrical, and other project teams.
• Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ventilation, and related systems.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Prepare material requisitions, quantity estimations, and monitor material usage.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical issues at site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in MEP projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with local and international MEP codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP/Navisworks is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,046.00 - ₹40,326.00 per month
