Department: MEP Mechanical Location: Durgapur, West Bengal About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Mechanical (MEP) projects across diverse sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, and Data Centers. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and BIM-driven coordination capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) project scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee BIM coordination (LOD) ensuring clash-free integration across disciplines.
• Conduct and lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and builders work drawings.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to international standards and project specifications.
• Manage client communication, technical submissions, RFIs, and approvals.
• Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, procurement planning, and commercial tracking.
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Experience with coordination platforms such as BIM Track and Revizto.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectWise).
• Sound understanding of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC).

Experience Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Mechanical/MEP projects.
• Minimum 3 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Experience in international projects (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, APAC) preferred.
• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP Certification (Preferred).
• Autodesk/BIM Certifications (Advantageous).
