Mechanical Project Manager

Opportunity: Mechanical Project Manager - Frankfurt, Germany

Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a leading main contractor on major construction projects in Frankfurt?

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and deliver mechanical building services packages, working closely with the wider construction team, specialist subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical works from pre-construction through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and CSA construction activities across the project.
• Manage specialist subcontractors, suppliers, programme sequencing and site resources.
• Monitor project costs, commercial performance, contractual obligations and project P&L.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve programme and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety requirements and project specifications.
• Oversee progress reporting, technical coordination, testing, commissioning and final handover.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant mechanical or building services engineering qualification.
• Minimum five years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale mechanical or building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, subcontractor management and M&E/CSA interfaces.
• Commercial and contractual awareness, including cost control and project financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Data centre and healthcare project experience would be advantageous.
