Job highlights

Minimum Profile Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant inspection experience.
• Familiarity with applicable ASME, API, ISO, IS, and other relevant industry standards.
• Experience in inspection and health-check activities for aged, relocated, or previously operated equipment will be preferred.
• Relevant NDT knowledge and/or certification, where applicable to the discipline.
• Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Valid site safety training and medical fitness certification, as applicable.

Scope of Inspectors

The proposed inspectors shall be responsible for:

• Reviewing approved procedures, ITPs, drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Performing visual inspections of accessible items, where applicable.
• Witnessing dimensional checks, NDT activities, calibration, functional testing, hydrostatic testing, electrical testing, and other applicable inspections carried out by the vendor.
• Verifying equipment identification, tagging, and document traceability.
• Reviewing vendor-prepared inspection and test reports.
• Verifying the calibration status of instruments used by the vendor.
• Recording inspection observations, punch points, and non-conformities.
• Preparing daily inspection reports and supporting weekly progress reporting.
