Duties

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Explain repair options clearly, providing detailed information on recommended services and costs
• Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle and safety
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, repairs, and sales activities

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Proven sales ability, including upselling and promoting additional services effectively
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Familiarity with automotive parts, repair procedures, and dealership operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
