Mechanical Site Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer with strong experience in underground chilled water and district cooling pipeline projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating pipeline installation works, including steel, HDPE, and pre-insulated chilled water pipelines, valves, fittings, chambers, tie-ins, testing, flushing, and commissioning. The role requires close coordination with civil, QA/QC, HSE, survey, consultant, client, and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical pipeline/infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in district cooling and chilled water pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with steel, HDPE, and pre-insulated pipelines.
• Knowledge of valves, fittings, welding/fusion, chambers, tie-ins, and pipeline accessories.
• Experience in pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, and commissioning.
• Ability to read IFC/shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Experience coordinating with civil, QA/QC, HSE, surveyors, consultants, and clients.
• Strong site coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• District cooling & chilled water pipeline utility projects: 2 years (Preferred)
