MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR

· Supervise daily construction activities (civil/mechanical/electrical works as applicable).

· Ensure work is performed as per Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, method statements, and specifications.

· Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently to meet project targets.

· Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

· Monitor daily work progress against project schedules and identify delays.

· Assist in short-term planning and look-ahead schedules.

· Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections, test reports, and approvals.

· Rectify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

· Conduct tool-box talks and ensure workforce awareness on safety procedures.

· Ensure safe use of tools, equipment, and proper housekeeping.

· Monitor labor productivity and optimize resource utilization.

· Report manpower requirements and shortages to management.

· Ensure materials are available and properly utilized.

· Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and manpower records.

· Report site issues, delays, and risks to Site Engineer/Construction Manager.

· Ensure proper documentation for inspections and approvals.

· Supervise subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

· Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.

· Ensure completion of work as per contractual scope.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

· Maintain discipline among workforce at site.

· Support internal and external audits when required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
