Job Summary

The Mechanical Specialist is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, water systems, and other mechanical equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous manufacturing operations through effective troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify effective corrective actions.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain water supply systems and related equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts as required.
• Conduct machine inspections and report equipment abnormalities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering or Graduate of Mechanical Technology.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic plumbing systems.
• Knowledgeable in machine fabrication and repair.
• Familiar with production machinery and industrial equipment.
• Able to use measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
