Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring machine efficiency, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper operation and upkeep of production machinery and equipment
• Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical, maintenance, or manufacturing operations
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the Injection Molding Industry
• Experience in supervising maintenance and technical personnel
• Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
