  • Ensure mechanical works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures and applicable Australian Standards.
  • Monitor daily progress, productivity and workforce performance, identifying constraints and escalating issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Lead pre-starts, toolbox meetings and field safety interactions while maintaining Altrad’s HSEQ requirements and safe systems of work.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other disciplines to manage interfaces and maintain continuity of construction activities.
  • Support inspections, testing, punch listing, completion and handover requirements as works progress.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the workforce, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate daily records, progress updates, timesheets and construction documentation.
