Mechanical Technician

Flexo Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Mechanical Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment and utility systems.

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting machine breakdowns, and ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and water systems. The role also assists in machine fabrication, equipment improvements, and other maintenance activities while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Fabricate, modify, or repair machine parts as needed.
• Monitor and maintain water supply systems and other safety-related systems.
• Use appropriate tools and measuring instruments during maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Follow company safety policies and standard maintenance procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering or Graduate of Mechanical Technology.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and water systems.
• Experience in machine fabrication and repair is an advantage.
• Able to use maintenance tools, fabrication equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
