About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain the Machine Ledger for assigned equipment.
2. Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans for production machinery.
3. Create and update spare parts Bills of Materials (BOM).
4. Execute maintenance activities according to planned schedules.
5. Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve OEE, reduce breakdowns, and lower energy consumption, while documenting improvement results.
6. Perform breakdown analyses, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.

Qualifications

• Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and support shift work (morning, afternoon, or night shifts) on weekends or holidays when required.
• Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate (or above) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills in welding, machining, cutting, bending, or drilling will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Planned Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, and Spare Parts Management.
• Understanding of maintenance activities for industrial equipment such as Fillers, Cappers, and Palletizers.
• Familiarity with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and GMP practices.
• Experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred.
