QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering,or a related field.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, instrumentation, electrical systems, and basic process control.
Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve equipment or process problems systematically.
Computer skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, production-monitoring systems, and sometimes PLC/automation software.
Communication: Ability to document problems and communicate effectively with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams.
Work experience: Entry-level positions may accept more senior roles often require 1–3 years of manufacturing or process experience.
