As one of the Global leading businesses in automotive Cables and Wires and as part of its incredible expansion COFICAB Group is recruiting an: Mechanical Technician

Your Key Responsibilities Includes:

• Diagnose mechanical failures in production machines and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance according to work orders.
• Inspect machine parts for defects, wear, and dimensional accuracy using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Repair or replace defective components and test equipment performance.
• Conduct post-maintenance testing and validation in coordination with the Production Team Leader.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate work order records and maintenance intervention reports.
• Support the installation, setup, and upgrading of machines and equipment.
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, corporate values, the Code of Conduct, and confidentiality obligations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel), MES, automation software, CAD, and ERP applications is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and personal effectiveness.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team or multiple cultures.
