Mechanical Technician

Job Description: -

• Attending unscheduled/ breakdown maintenance: Automated logistic transfer system based on PLC control system; on ACHS & PCHS systems, Mobile transfer vehicles; ETV, TV etc.

• Preventative maintenance as per schedule

• Acquainted with safety practices and protocols as per MOM and client standard. Responsible for implementation of HSE practice at site.

• Lead in case of major break down, Supervises and instructs team in the maintenance, trouble shooting of automation systems, ACHS & PCHS systems, Mobile transfer vehicles; ETV, TV, Workstations; Motorized and non-motorized lanes, Weighing Scales, motor controls (PLC); automotive and mechanical equipment

• Other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the company.

Requirements: -

• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical with minimum 5 years’ hands on experience Logistic terminal or plant maintenance.

• Reads and interprets technical repair manuals, blueprints, drawings, etc.

• Knowledge on Automated
