Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Primary Duties/Functions:

1. Shall lead the FM team of the campus in performing the following:

a. Campus buildings’ Facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

b. Equipment maintenance and operations’ monitoring.

c. Establishment of Operation and Maintenance inspections techniques, checklists, etc.

d. Repair and maintenance of facilities (e.g. offices, classrooms, utility rooms, etc) for minor issues and concerns.

e. Repair and maintenance of utility systems (e.g. power supply, water supply, life safety system, etc).

2. Shall perform the predictive and preventive maintenance of the school’s major equipment and facilities; create program for preventive maintenance to prevent any disruptions in the school’s operation.

3. Shall assist the facility’s (CDMO) head and service partners during inspections, evaluation and testing of critical equipment.

4. Shall regularly inspect the buildings’ facilities for substandard conditions, and initiate programs / solutions to prevent any disruptions in the school's operation.

5. Shall perform other functions and support tasks that may be assigned at any given time.
