Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (HVAC)

Working hour: Office hour (Mon to Fri)
Salary Package: Basic + Fixed Allowance + Overtime (if required)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC and cooling systems.
• Maintain equipment such as UPS, Genset, LV/HT systems, CRAC and cooling systems.
• Support power shutdowns, load testing, load migration and power outage activities.
• Assist with installation, testing and commissioning of M&E equipment.
• Carry out basic checks such as thermal scanning and grounding measurement.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide technical support.
• Prepare maintenance records and service reports.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth data centre operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E, maintenance, facilities or data centre environments.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC or cooling systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Willing to work standby/on-call, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
