Full-Time | ₱27,000 – ₱30,000/month

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically strong HVAC Quotation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineers with a solid understanding of HVAC systems who can prepare accurate, competitive, and compliant quotations.

Candidates with hands-on HVAC installation experience are highly preferred (but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Review client inquiries, site reports, and project requirements to prepare accurate HVAC quotations
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine correct system design and sizing
• Calculate material, labor, and installation costs
• Ensure all quotations comply with industry standards and company guidelines
• Prepare clear, professional quotation documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between quote and execution
• Follow up on submitted quotes and provide technical clarifications when required
• Maintain and update pricing, supplier databases, and quotation templates
• Track quotation performance (win/loss ratio) and report insights

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer (MANDATORY)
• Experience in HVAC estimation, design, or technical sales support preferred
• Hands-on HVAC installation experience (highly preferred, not compulsory)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and time management
