Mechanical/Electrical Fresher

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily plant operation activities and ensure smooth running of machines.
• Support routine checks and basic maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Help in troubleshooting minor issues and escalate major faults to senior engineers.
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules under guidance.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with plant rules.
• Maintain simple logs and reports of daily activities.
• Support vendor coordination for spares and services when required

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–4 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of plant machinery and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Excel preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
