Brief Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and support the development of innovative solutions and improvements in production automation. This role focuses on enhancing existing processes through digital transformation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop equipment programs, including PLC ladder logic.
• Create and maintain PC-based and internal web-based software using Python.
• Assist with equipment integration, debugging, and troubleshooting for automation processes.
• Oversee compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain and enhance ISO process systems while ensuring adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and high-level language programming (Python).
• Basic understanding of SQL, Pandas, and Numpy.
• Familiarity with OpenCV, machine learning, and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNN, YOLO).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with vision systems and lighting is advantageous.
