Mechatronics Engineer (Casting Plant)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Control & Optimization: Manage and improve casting production processes to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into casting defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Efficiency Improvement: Conduct Time and Work studies to streamline operations and maximize process performance.
• Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance to production teams for daily operational challenges.
• Trial Production: Coordinate and support trial runs for new products or process adjustments.
• Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports and improvement proposals to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or a related field.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Basic understanding of IE tools (Time Study, Work Study, etc.).

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
