Job Purpose

We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to support our manufacturing operations by handling automation, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

The candidate will be responsible for machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, automation improvements, and ensuring smooth operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Handle electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work with PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, servo motors, and control panels.
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and modifications.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve machine-related issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring machine problems.
• Ensure machines operate safely and according to company standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of sensors, motors, drives, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / TPM / 5S will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in: Mechatronics

Preferred Manufacturing Experience

Experience with CNC machines, press machines, sheet-metal machinery, robotic systems, automated production lines, or other industrial manufacturing equipment will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual In-Hand Salary:
AED 42,000 – 48,000 (Approx. INR 11–14 Lakh per annum)

**Performance Incentive:**Up to 25% of annual salary AED 10,500 – 12,000 (Approx. INR 2.75–3.15 Lakh)

Final compensation will depend on the candidate's current in-hand salary, experience, and interview performance.
