Mechine operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from the Production Supervisor.
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments as required.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Check product dimensions, quality, and finishing during production.
• Maintain the required production quantity and quality standards.
• Identify machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or unusual sounds and immediately report them.
• Carry out basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow all factory safety rules, PPE requirements, and operating procedures.
• Maintain production and machine-operation records as required.
• Reduce material wastage and prevent damage to products.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams during machine issues.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and other production activities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to read basic measurements and production instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to follow company rules and instructions.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
