Job Summary

Shubraj Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering and technical services company providing professional manpower, engineering, maintenance, and technical support services across various industries. The company provides skilled technical resources for industrial projects, including the petrochemical, oil & gas, infrastructure, and other process industries.

We are looking for a skilled Field Supervisor to manage mechanical and basic instrumentation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating with technical teams, maintaining work quality, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical and instrumentation activities at the project site.
• Monitor installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Assist in checking field instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and transmitters.
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and site teams to complete assigned work.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Instrumentation.
• 4–5 years of relevant field or site supervision experience.
• Good technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and basic instrumentation.
• Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
